Greetings, I’m Jean Strong. Universal Hum is my digital creative agency. I partner with mission-driven organizations to amplify their impact and deepen the connection between their work and the communities they serve.

I produce and direct creative projects, lead digital marketing campaigns, and build communication systems where creative direction is informed by user research and shaped by real-world data. I also provide training and mentorship, helping teams and individuals develop the skills and confidence to create and manage their own work.

For larger projects, I bring in a trusted network of collaborators, including web developers, multimedia specialists, and brand experts, so every mission, no matter the scale, is realized with care.
